Meet the Future Sydney-siders!

Assalamualaikum and hello ladies n gents,

a pre-departure briefing was held at Institut Teknologi Brunei for prospective students who are leaving for Sydney in July this year insya Allah. This batch of students would be the fourth batch out of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering articulation programs to continue the remaining two years of their studies in UNSW.

A trio of specially invited speakers from BSP who graduated from UNSW's School of Petroleum Engineering were invited to the briefing. They were Md Zarifdana Zinal Abadin, Ak Abu Zahrin Pg Damit and Nabilah Ibrahim. Representatives from HRD were also present, the members being Dr Smitha and Rosie Jaaafar.

Event held on the 27th of January 2014 at the Pearl, ITB.

Another more casual 'pre-departure briefing' session was also held on the 2nd of February 2014, at Pantai Muara.

We also managed to have another session in ITB with the juniors before the seniors fly back to Aussie for the new semester commencing in March, on 20 Feb 2014.

We hope to see these faces more often in the future, be it in Sydney, or in Brunei. To our ITB juniors, all the best, bittaufiq wannajaah (May you be given guidance and success).

Keep in contact with us ok.

P/S: To the seniors, all the best for the new sem.
