H1N1 Flu cases are on the rise. To date, 29 cases have been reported in Brunei and hopefully no more to come. I know some of us, well almost all of us, would not be staying in during the holidays. So it is part of my obligation to share with you guys some tips/precautions that I've got from the MOH website.

- Cover mouth and nose with tissue when coughing and sneezing
- Keep distance from others if you're unwell

- Consult doctor if you have signs of serious illnesses such as difficulty in breathing, confusion and severe vomiting.
- Defer travel to affected places if possible.
- Keep updated with the situation.

- Sore throat
- Cough and runny nose
- Joint and muscle aches
- Fatigue
- Breathlessness

If you have any of those symptoms and have been visiting to affected areas, please go to clinics and hospitals for medical check-up and further treatments.
