For those of you who use supplementary phone cards to call home, I found this enticing web. Personally I found the Africa Home the best at 300 minutes or so for $8.99 (just insert Brunei in the country space)at a minimal rate of 0.05 cent per minute and there is no rounding of the minute!!.
